Soya protein concentrate

It is prepared by removing most of  the water soluble, non-protein constituents from dehulled and defatted Soyabean.  Contains atleast 65% protein on a moisture free basis.  It is used in nutritional applications and in application requiring fat absorption, emulsification and low or neutral flavour profile.  It is used in Antibiotics (Pharmaceutical industry).

Soya Protein concentrate is used as raw material to produce Soya Protein Isolate, SPC is used in Soups, Gravies and as enrichment ingredient in Pasta Products.
